7C89 Somerset & Dorset 24ft Milk Van

Etched brass kit with pre-formed brass roof. Kit includes sprung buffers. Wheels, couplings, paint and transfers needed to complete. SR Diag 979 Converted from luggage vans in 1901, they ran over the Somerset and Dorset Railway until its stock was shared between the LMS and SR. Most went to S.R., but 3 went to the LMS. They then appeared far from their native line. Withdrawal dates not known. (4mm scale kit shown)
