4C76 LCDR SECR SR Covered Carriage Truck

Etched brass kit. Three of these vehicles were built at Battersea in 1872 for transporting horse drawn carriages in passenger trains. Later in life they would also have carried motor vehicles. The last was withdrawn in 1930. 3ft 7in Open Spoked coach wheels and couplings required to complete. (7mm kit shown)
