Etched brass kit. In 1909 the Metropolitan Railway refurbished a number of their eight wheel coaches to extend their life. From 1911 onwards most of these were sold to other railways. Ten were sold to the Isle of Wight Railway although one was an un-repanelled one. All were reclassified as composites or even full thirds.
